This policy explains prices, payment status, and payment-related support at Luchun.
Prices and currency
All product prices and checkout totals are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not currently add a separate sales tax line at checkout. Import duties, local import taxes, and customs handling charges may be assessed by your destination authorities or carrier and are the recipient’s responsibility where applicable.
Payment and order status
PayPal is the payment option shown at checkout. Submitting an order saves it with a Pending payment status until payment is confirmed. An order confirmation is an acknowledgment of the order, not a payment receipt. Please check the status in your account before assuming that payment is complete.
We do not dispatch goods before confirmed payment. If your order remains pending or you need assistance completing payment, contact sihonglv@outlook.com with your order number. Please do not send payment to an unverified account or by an unsolicited payment link.
Payment information
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or card security codes on this website. A payment provider’s own terms and privacy notice apply whenever you use its service. Your bank or provider may apply exchange or transaction charges.
Failed payments and duplicate orders
If a payment is declined or interrupted, check your provider account before trying again. Contact us if you believe you have been charged twice or if a payment does not match your order status. We will review the order and any verifiable transaction record. A pending order alone is not evidence of a charge.
Refunds
Approved refunds of confirmed payments are returned to the original payment method where available. We do not issue cash refunds for online payments. See our Returns & Refunds policy for conditions and time estimates.
