30-day return requests
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email sihonglv@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Please return the item within 14 days after we send return instructions, unless we agree otherwise.
For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused, unwashed, complete, and in a resalable condition, with their original packaging where reasonably available. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. We may account for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect it, where permitted by applicable law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete, or different from your order, email us promptly with the order number and a description. Photographs can help, but we will not require evidence you cannot reasonably provide. We will assess the issue and offer the remedy required by applicable law, such as replacement, repair where appropriate, or refund. Statutory rights are not limited by our voluntary 30-day return window.
Return instructions and postage
Do not send a parcel to our business address without return instructions. We will provide the appropriate return destination and reference by email. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping unless local law requires otherwise. For a verified faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable standard return shipping as agreed with you.
Use a shipping method that gives you proof of posting and keep that proof until the return is resolved. Contact us before paying unusually high return charges. We do not impose a restocking fee.
Inspection and refund timing
We aim to inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt and notify you of the outcome. For an approved refund, we initiate repayment to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, or within any shorter period required by applicable law. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
For a partial change-of-mind return, original outbound shipping is normally not refunded. For cancellation or return of the entire order where a statutory withdrawal right applies, we refund standard outbound shipping as required by law. Extra services above standard delivery are not refunded unless required by law or the issue was our responsibility.
Exchanges and unpaid orders
We handle exchange requests individually; availability is not guaranteed. A return and a separate new order may be the simplest option. If an order has not been paid, there is no collected payment to refund. See the Cancellation policy for stopping a pending or unshipped order.
Your consumer rights
This voluntary policy supplements mandatory consumer rights. It does not exclude legal remedies for faulty goods or any applicable right to withdraw from a distance contract. If a mandatory local rule gives you a more favorable right or deadline, that rule applies.
