These delivery arrangements apply to physical products ordered from Luchun.
Delivery destinations
We currently accept shipping addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Checkout verifies available countries. We cannot ship to an address outside the available checkout destinations. Carrier restrictions may apply to PO boxes and remote locations; contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Delivery charges
- Standard shipping: $6.90 per order.
- Free standard shipping when the merchandise total after discounts reaches $69.00.
- Rates and thresholds are in USD. The shipping total shown at checkout is the rate applied to your order.
Processing and transit estimates
After payment is confirmed, order processing is estimated at 2–4 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and unpaid orders are not processed for dispatch.
Orders are dispatched from China. Customs checks, weather, holidays, remote-area service, and carrier disruption can add time. If we identify a material delay before dispatch, we will contact you using your order details to discuss available options, including cancellation of unshipped goods.
Customs and import charges
Destination import duties, import taxes, and carrier customs fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. They may be charged separately by local authorities or the carrier. Check the rules for your destination before ordering.
Tracking your shipment
Use Track your order or My account to view order status. Carrier and tracking details are displayed after a shipment record is added. A Pending payment status means the order has not been cleared for dispatch.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check your address carefully before ordering. For an address change, contact sihonglv@outlook.com before dispatch. We cannot guarantee changes after a parcel is handed to the carrier. If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Additional charges caused solely by an incorrect customer-supplied address will be discussed before any reshipment.
For damaged items, keep the packaging where reasonably possible and include photographs to help us investigate. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
