Before dispatch
Email sihonglv@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number and billing email if you want to cancel or change an order. Cancellation is available before the parcel is handed to the carrier. We will confirm whether dispatch has already occurred and whether the request can be completed.
Pending payment orders
You can cancel eligible pending orders from My account → Orders. If a Cancel action is unavailable, contact us. Cancelling an unpaid order does not generate a refund because no payment has been collected.
Paid orders that have not shipped
If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, we cancel the order and refund the amount collected for the cancelled items and any shipping service that will no longer be used. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or earlier if required by applicable law. Bank or payment-provider processing can take additional time.
After dispatch
We cannot guarantee a carrier interception or address change after dispatch. If a parcel has already shipped, follow the Returns & Refunds policy. Where you have a mandatory withdrawal right, you may exercise it by an unambiguous statement to us; this page does not reduce that right.
When we may cancel an order
We may cancel an order if an item cannot be supplied, a material pricing error cannot be resolved, delivery is unavailable, or we have reasonable evidence of misuse. We will notify you using the order contact details and refund any amount already collected for cancelled goods or services. We do not treat a saved pending order as a paid purchase.
