1. Operator and contact
This website, trading as Luchun, is operated by Sihong Luchun Trading Co., Ltd. at the business address shown below. Contact sihonglv@outlook.com for product, order, or terms questions. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean this company.
2. Scope and eligibility
These Terms apply to browsing this website and buying our physical general merchandise. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract, or act with appropriate guardian authorization. We accept delivery only to the destinations available at checkout. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
3. Accounts and security
An account is required to submit a checkout order. Provide accurate contact and address information, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity you authorize. We may restrict an account for reasonable evidence of fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law.
4. Products and descriptions
Each product page identifies the item, price, principal materials, dimensions, and what is included. Measurements are approximate and natural materials can vary. Images are illustrative; screen settings may affect color. Styling props are not included unless stated. We do not claim affiliation with third-party brands.
5. Intellectual property
Our website design, original images, and written content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and use the site for personal shopping. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis. Nothing limits rights granted by applicable law.
6. Prices, currency, taxes, and charges
Prices and checkout totals are in USD. Shipping charges are shown before submission. No separate sales-tax line is currently added at checkout. Destination import duties, local import taxes, and carrier customs fees may be charged separately and are the recipient’s responsibility where applicable. We will not retrospectively increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
7. Orders, acceptance, and contract
Review items, quantities, address, and total before submitting an order. Submission acknowledges your request and creates an order record. An automatic order confirmation is not proof of payment or acceptance for dispatch. A sales contract is accepted when we confirm dispatch, unless mandatory law requires an earlier point. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and return any amount collected for it.
8. Payments and payment problems
PayPal is the payment option shown at checkout. Orders remain Pending payment until confirmed payment is recorded; pending orders are not dispatched. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. If a charge or payment status appears incorrect, contact sihonglv@outlook.com. Payment provider and bank terms may also apply.
9. Shipping and fulfillment
The Shipping policy forms part of these Terms. Standard shipping is $6.90, with free standard shipping for merchandise totals of $69 or more after discounts. Following confirmed payment, processing is estimated at 2–4 business days and transit at 10–20 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees. We remain responsible for delivery obligations required by applicable law; mandatory rules on risk and ownership take precedence.
10. Cancellation, changes, and withdrawal
Request cancellation or address changes promptly before dispatch. Eligible pending orders can be cancelled in your account. After dispatch, follow the returns process. Any statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract is preserved and may be exercised through an unambiguous statement to us. See the Cancellation policy for practical steps.
11. Returns, refunds, and remedies
Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the voluntary 30-day return request window, condition requirements, return postage, and refunds. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to shorter mandatory deadlines. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods remain subject to all mandatory remedies. An unpaid order has no collected payment to refund.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful conduct, fraud, payment abuse, malicious software, unauthorized access, or interference with other customers. Do not submit inaccurate details to impersonate someone else. Reasonable security controls and account restrictions may be applied where necessary and proportionate.
13. Privacy, cookies, and communications
The Privacy policy explains how account, order, and technical data are used. Essential cookies support your account, cart, and checkout. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking on this site. Order communications relate to your purchase; marketing communications, if introduced, will require an appropriate legal basis and an opt-out. Email delivery depends on the availability of our mail service.
14. Availability, accuracy, and warranties
We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable website. We may correct errors, pause services for maintenance, or contact you about an order issue. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory legal warranties or remedies. If a material product or price error affects your order, we will discuss correction or cancellation rather than assuming your consent.
15. Liability and events beyond reasonable control
Each party is responsible for loss as provided by applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or any non-excludable consumer remedy. If an event beyond reasonable control materially affects fulfillment, we will inform affected customers and discuss reasonable alternatives, including cancellation and refunds for unfulfilled goods where required.
16. Applicable law and disputes
The operator is established in China. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your place of habitual residence are not displaced. Please contact sihonglv@outlook.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain access to competent courts and any applicable consumer complaint channels.
17. Changes, severability, and further contact
The version displayed when you place an order applies to that order, subject to mandatory law. Future updates apply prospectively and are dated on this page. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a right on one occasion does not by itself waive that right.
